Own Your Becoming
I help women in midlife navigate change, reconnect with what matters, and intentionally create what comes next.
Midlife can bring changes in your body, identity, relationships, priorities, and sense of purpose. Sometimes the life you built no longer fits as naturally as it once did. Sometimes you know something needs to change but aren’t yet sure what, or how to move forward.
Through coaching, education, and practical tools, I help you understand what is changing, clarify what you want, and make choices that support the person you are becoming.
Because becoming is not something that happens only after you have everything figured out. It is shaped through the choices you make, the patterns you examine, and the life you build, one step at a time.

Perimenopause and midlife health are an important part of this conversation. Your body is changing, but so may your energy, priorities, relationships, and sense of self. Understanding those changes gives you more context, and more choice in how you respond.
Thoughtful reflections and practical insights on midlife, perimenopause, identity, purpose, health, and becoming.
Perimenopause is rarely just about symptoms.
It is the phase before menopause when hormonal patterns begin to shift, often years before your cycle stops. For many women, this coincides with changes in identity, priorities, relationships, and how they want to live moving forward.

Because this transition unfolds gradually, it is often explained away as “just aging.” The strategies that once worked stop working the same way, and the strain builds without clear language or context.
Own Your Becoming exists so you don’t have to wait until that point.
This is a space to name what is happening earlier, to give language to what you are already sensing, and to help you orient yourself in this season instead of feeling like it is happening to you.

My Approach
I approach perimenopause as a phase of reorientation.

My work focuses on translating complex information into something you can actually use, paying attention to patterns, and supporting small, meaningful adjustments that build over time.

This work is not about fixing yourself or chasing an ideal version of health. It is about learning how to listen to your body again, understand what it is asking for now, and make decisions with context and understanding.
