Some conversations focus on understanding what is happening in the body. Others explore how this transition reshapes energy, desire, priorities, and the way life is lived.
Episodes include conversations with practitioners who unpack the science of perimenopause and menopause, as well as conversations with women who have already moved through this season and are reflecting back on what they wish they had understood sooner.
These conversations are thoughtful, grounded, and human. They are not about quick fixes or rigid advice, but about giving language and context to experiences that often arrive without explanation.
