Ways To get Support
Finding the Right Kind of Help in This Season
There is no single way to move through perimenopause.
Some women want understanding and orientation.
Some want help applying what they are learning to daily life.
Others want support navigating how this transition is affecting their relationship or sense of self.
The support offered here is designed to meet different needs and levels of readiness, without pressure to choose more than feels appropriate.
Each support option below begins with a conversation to understand what you need and whether this is the right fit.

Perimenopause 101
For foundational understanding and orientation
Perimenopause 101 is a forthcoming group program designed to help you understand your body, recognize where you are in the transition, and make sense of the changes you are noticing and what you can actually do about them.
This program covers the fundamentals of perimenopause, with a strong focus on the two pillars that most directly shape daily experience in this phase: movement and nourishment, not as rigid prescriptions, but as adaptable supports you can realistically improve.
The intention is to give you a clear foundation and a grounded orientation to this stage of life.
Inside the program, you will learn how to:
-
Understand the perimenopause to menopause timeline and recognize where you are within it
-
Identify common perimenopausal patterns, what is driving them, and which factors tend to improve or aggravate them
-
Work with exercise and nutrition in this phase in ways that support energy, recovery, and stability as your physiology changes
The first round will be intentionally limited to support depth and meaningful interaction.
Support for Partners and Couples
For shared understanding and reduced strain
Perimenopause does not only affect the person experiencing physical changes. It often reshapes desire, intimacy, communication, and emotional closeness within a relationship.
Support for partners and couples focuses on:
-
Changes in sexual desire or intimacy
-
Emotional distance or recurring tension
-
Mismatched needs around closeness, sex, or connection
This work can begin with a single consultation or a short series of sessions. The focus is on understanding what is changing physiologically and learning how to talk about it without blame or shutdown. The goal is not to fix the relationship.
It is to reduce unnecessary strain and give both partners language for what is actually happening.

One - To - One Support
For personalized, contextual support
If you want individualized support, a small number of one-to-one spaces are available.
This is the most tailored way to work together. Sessions focus on understanding what is most challenging for you right now and making small, sustainable changes that fit your life as it is today. The work centers on building habits and routines that can adapt as this season unfolds.
Areas of focus may include:
-
Aligning nourishment and movement with what your body needs now
-
Putting foundational supports in place that make daily life feel more workable
-
Understanding how stress, identity, and nervous system load interact with physical change
-
Navigating communication with a partner around desire shifts, boundaries, and unmet needs
This work is practical, responsive, and grounded in context. It is for women who want focused support without pressure to perform or optimize, or follow rigid frameworks.
